Could spam ruin VOIP?

VOIP is a potentially exciting technology that could reduce the cost of telephony significantly for customers. However uptake of this could be potentially limited if VOIP "spam" becomes a reality. Imagine if the ratio of pre-recorded "spam" calls you received was similar to your email spam ratio. How long would you keep with VOIP? People don't care about categorised navigation.

Apparently people don't care about categorised navigation.

People don't care how you categorize what you have to offer. They can not list your web site's sections. They do not care for hierarchies, do not care to get your metaphors. All they care about is getting what they want.
