<p>Interesting blog post over on Recycled Knowledge which discusses <a href="http://recycledknowledge.blogspot.com/2005/06/oop-without-inheritance.html">OOP using Traits instead of inheritance</a>. It references <a href="http://www.iam.unibe.ch/~scg/Archive/PhD/schaerli-phd.pdf">Schärli's Traits thesis</a> which looks like it's worth a more in depth read.</p>
